FREE BUS SERVICE

The College has provided free bus service from Session 2021.College has its own bus which  is 26 seater. The College Bus plies daily from Akal Degree college for Women, Sangrur to Akal College of Education for women, Fatehgarh Chhanna, Sangrur at 8.45 A.M. and returns to its starting point at 3:30 PM.


HOSTEL

The College has its own hostel at the campus of Akal Degree College for Women at Sangrur, only six Kms. distant from the college campus- It is supervised by college authorities. It is laced with modern facilities such as constant supply of electricity, Potable water, cozy & airy rooms and fine arrangement for mess. It has its own Generator set of 62.5 kw.


GUIDANCE CELL

In order to help students in general matters of choice, selection, competition tests etc. a guidance cell under the stewardship of experienced teachers has been established in the college. The students are free to discuss their problems with the teachers.


PLACEMENT CELL

A placement cell under the supervision of experienced teachers has been set up in the college to help students to get employment.


COMMON ROOM AND CANTEEN

Common room is well furnished. Water Cooler and other facilities are available. Students can interact with one another freely not only to know each other but also to think upon their future career.


LABS

The college building consists of well furnished  laboratories e.g. Psychology, Computer , ICT , Science, Maths & S.St.,communication Skill development Lab etc.


LIBRARY 

The Library is the seat of learning. The college has a state of Art Library with the collection of  Books of wide variety, encyclopedias, journals Dictionaries, newspapers and research publications.


PROJECTOR ROOM

College has separate projector room where overhead projector (OHP) and LCD projector has been installed to impart visual training to students.

SET-UP FOR ONLINE TEACHING
 College has proper set-up for online teaching where cameras, headphones has been installed to impart online Education to students.


TUTORIALS

For monitoring the work and progress of the students and to provide intimate personal contact with teachers, each student will have a tutor for her guidance and counselling.
