GENERAL RULES

• Regularity and punctuality in attendance of classes and house examinations is absolutely essential for all the students.
• Students are not allowed to keep mobile phones.
• The college enforces simplicity in dress. wearing of any kind of ornamentals is discouraged.
• A student is liable to be expelled on any of the grounds i.e. misbehaviour. breach of discipline and disobeying college/hostel rules.
• Refund of securities is ordinarily permissible after the declaration of university result. Securities not withdrawn within six months will be forfeited.
• The college authorities follow strict rules of conduct for the students. The students are required to attend the morning assembly and stay at the college campus for full time.
• Guardians and parents may please note that visitors are not allowed to see the students during the college hours.
• The visiting hours for general public and parents to meet the Principal are from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.
• Students shouldcome in uniform as per 'Dress Code' of the college.
• Ragging is not allowed in the college.

LEAVE RULES

• The college observes strict procedure for the grant of leave to day-scholars as well as resident students.
• Leave must be got sanctioned personally before it is availed of. Leave application should reach the tutor concerned well in advance. In case of illness, the application should be supported by the medical certificate.
• Leave for more than three days or leave during examination days will be granted only by the Principal.
• Application for hostel students for sick leave should be recommended by the Superintendent of the hostel.
• If a student remains absent without leave for more than ten days continuously, her name will be struck off from the college rolls. Re-admission is not permissible.

LIBRARY RULES

• Liberary books will be issued on identity cards.
• Loss of identity card should immediately br reported to the librarian who will issue a duplicate card on payment of Rs. 50/-
• Three books will be issued to a student for a period of 14 days.
• The books will be re-issued if they are not in demand by other students.
• Referance books, text books, rare books & periodicals shall not be issued except for consultation in the Library.
• Books issued from the Library should in no case be underlined and disfigured. If the book is already damaged in any form, it should be got checked by the librarian.
• The students are expected to observe perfect silence in the reading room.

FEE STRUCTURE

Fee is according to norms of Punjabi University Patiala / Federation Of Self Financed Colleges Of Punjab.
